Size 2 Standard Size—not true to Size Chart

I purchased the Black Satin Evening Dress Kenzi for $480 in a size 2 standard size. I found the actual sizing of this dress to be quite unusual.

The bust was much too small—at 26"—and I couldn't zip it up. The standard size chart showed it would be 33.1". While the waist fit perfectly at 24", the standard size chart showed it would be 25.2". If the garment had been sewn to the standard size chart it would have fit me perfectly.

Having worked in high end retail, I’ve never encountered such disproportionate sizing in merchandise. I’m concerned this could be a faulty item.
